Santa Claus is coming to town

Christmas is just around the corner, to welcome this warm and fragrant festival, I prepared Santa Claus in bento today. A Santa with sausage nose and cheese mustache, wearing a seaweed christmas hat.

Sorry, I did not have time to snap photo on how to make the santa as I need to fix five santas in total. Basically, the sandwich filling is mayo egg and chicken floss, I used triangular rice mould to cut the sandwich and it was sealed nicely using the mould. I packed some persimmon into the bento.
