Tips of the day: If you want to cut a flower, I find it easier to cut the inner circle first. If the cutter you use to make the inner circle is thin enough (just like straw), then it's fine to cut the outter shape. The cutter I have is quite thick, thus it breaks the flower, especially when i use seapack or cheese.
