My 1st sushi was finally out. Hehehe... this is my own recipe (^o^). Guess what, I replaced rice with two slices of rectangular wholemeal bread. I stacked the breads together, rolled it with seawead then put some some chicken floss on top. Fast and simple sushi, just nice to eat as light snack... Hooray !!!!
